The Onsite Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and supporting the daily operations and ensuring safe and efficient operation of onsite by‑product management system/set‑up at the facility; assisting with the development and implementation of solutions with processes and logistics for onsite waste and recycling processes; maintaining effective and professional daily interaction with client associates and responding to their service requests;

and completing other projects as designated by Program Manager to ensure close client relationships.

• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Reports to the Onsite Program Manager and works closely with other personnel to ensure proper operations and maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoots and problem solves to maintain a high standard of safety and production.
• Conducts daily operational and equipment inspections.
• Oversees daily operations for sorting, handling, and processing of plant by‑products.
• Oversees the safe and efficient operation of employees assigned to operations.
• Completes daily waste‑tracking forms and activity reports.
• Maintains professional interaction with supplier subcontractors working for Envita Solutions.
• Maintains professional interaction with all members of client’s workforce.
• Assists with implementation of new processes, including training and auditing of assigned employees.
• Communicates effectively with both client and Envita team.
• Provides assistance and education to client’s employees on aspects of waste, reuse, and recycling programs.
• Assists Program with MRO and business development opportunities as assigned by manager.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred 1+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or recycling facility.

• This is a safety‑sensitive position.
• Requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Basic business writing and computer skills are necessary.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities for completion.
