Registered Nurse; RN and LPN

Position Overview

We are hiring an RN or LPN for our 60‑bed community. This full‑time role requires work on all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) with 8‑hour rotations. Additional compensation includes a $2 weekend differential and $3.40 per hour hero pay, as well as a $7,500 sign‑on bonus. You will play an essential role in promoting the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents, collaborating with a caring team that values respect, teamwork, and quality care.

• Deliver direct resident care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy and compassion
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality care
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Current RN or LPN license
• Medication Administration and IV certification
• Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
• Reliable, team‑focused, and a positive communicator
