Tribal Manufacturing is looking for a Quality Engineer & Supervisor to own quality systems, lead inspection teams, and partner cross-functionally to ensure product excellence. This is a high-visibility role suited for a seasoned quality professional ready to influence processes, people, and performance.
What You’ll Do- Lead quality engineering activities across manufacturing operations
- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Supervise, mentor, and develop quality inspection personnel
- Drive data-based decision making using SPC and quality metrics
- Ensure measurement system accuracy, gage calibration, and inspection effectiveness
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues
- Support audits, first articles, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion safety and a strong quality culture
- Proven experience in manufacturing quality engineering
- Strong understanding of inspection methods, GD&T, and SPC
- Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools
- Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
