Responsibilities

- Effectively implement assigned QE tasks.
- Respond quickly to urgent qualification issues and contain abnormal materials during night shift.
- Manage and resolve non‑conforming/FAI/SPC/quality abnormalities on the production line during night shift.
- Ensure shutdown and restart confirmation after equipment abnormalities.
- Summarize quality issues from the night shift production and hand over to the day shift.
- Oversee and guide plant quality operators, improving their quality and business ability.
- Additional responsibilities depending on business needs.

Qualifications- High school diploma.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills.
- Proficient in office software and strong data analysis ability.
- Past experience supervising hourly personnel.
- Demonstrated leadership in "One Ford" behaviors with strong interpersonal, team‑building, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology, indicating strong data analysis and process improvement capability.
- Ability to work the night shift.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cell manufacturing technology.
- Knowledge of chemical or mechanical lab testing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 / IATF 16949 quality system.
- Familiarity with quality analysis and improvement tools (FMEA, FTA, 8D, SPC).
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Lead 20–30 quality operators.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600 to $144,900. Final determination of the salary grade will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.
