Speech Pathologist
Make a significant impact supporting PreK and Kindergarten students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Michigan school setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with young learners, developing their communication skills and contributing to their success. The position is scheduled to run from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, providing consistent, full-time hours (up to 40 per week), with some flexibility for part-time or hybrid schedules—though candidates must be able to work primarily onsite.

Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Current, active Michigan SLP license required (please submit a screenshot of license verification).
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with PreK and Kindergarten populations in a school-based environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on early learning needs.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to developing student goals.
- Conduct assessments, write progress notes, and maintain required documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student growth.
- Work according to school policies and professional best practices.
