This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Marshall, MN. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, consulting on vehicle options, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the dealership team to enhance the customer experience.

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively guide customers through the purchasing process
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities with a customer-first approach
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-driven approach to work
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or related fields is beneficial
