Automotive Detailer

Kruse Motors is looking for a part-time or full-time Automotive Detailer! The Automotive Detailer is responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles to maintain a high level of appearance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming
• Shampoo carpets and upholstery, clean and condition leather and vinyl surfaces
• Clean windows, mirrors, and all interior components to a streak-free finish
• Apply protective finishes to vehicles (wax, sealants, ceramic coatings, etc.)
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify areas requiring additional attention
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and on time
• Safely operate cleaning tools, machines, and chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
