Duininck Inc. is seeking a seasonal, full-time asphalt paving crew member in Minnesota to safely operate an asphalt paver and support the crew on a variety of projects.
The role requires working with a foreman and crew to achieve quality pavement while staying compliant with safety procedures and PPE standards. You will perform routine equipment checks, coordinate with shop staff for maintenance, and travel regionally across Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas.
