About the RoleWe’re seeking a Financial Service Representative for our Marshall branch! This position is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys variety in their workday, and values being part of a close-knit team that makes a difference in the community.
As a Financial Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our members with their more complex services like loans and account management.
Key Responsibilities- Open, close, and update member accounts
- Process and issue consumer loans
- Fulfill member transaction needs accurately and efficiently
- Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on credit union products and services
- Maintain attention to detail and confidentiality in all duties
- Support the team with various member service tasks
