Early Head Start Teacher - Marshall

Job Status: Full time (40 hours), 12 months per year, Union position

• Plan and lead engaging classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Partner with parents to inspire active participation.
• Ensure an inclusive classroom for children with disabilities.
• Incorporate health and nutrition activities.
• Assist with recruitment efforts to connect more families to the Head Start program.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer-savvy with solid organizational skills.
• A natural leader who thrives as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledgeable about child development and eager to apply best practices.
• Problem-solving comes easily, and you handle challenges with grace.

• A CDA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (as defined by the Office of Head Start).
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain it).

• Salary range of $22.12 - $33.18 per hour + Benefits.
• Full-time (40 hours per week), 12-Month Union Position.
