Job LocationMarshall, MN — just north of SMSU in the industrial park.
What You Will Be Doing- Develop and implement production processes in line with product specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and analyze process issues and recommend improvements to increase yield, reduce MRB and improve product quality.
- Create and maintain production documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research & Development to ensure smooth production processes.
- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance process reliability.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Perform engineering experiments to qualify new processes, raw materials, and equipment.
- Work regularly with customers regarding product design, specifications, and manufacturing capabilities.
- B.S. in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Quality Engineering.
- Effective communication skills, both in person and in writing.
- Proficient MS Office Suite skills, with a primary focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skill set.
- Statistical knowledge.
Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually. This is a full‑time position.
