Job Description
* We're seeking an individual to join our Equipment Finance Core Collections team who has Operation Management experience. You will work a hybrid working model from our Marshall or West Side Flats, St. Paul, MN location. At U.S. Bank, we're on a journey to do our best. Main Functions
* Leading a team of EF Servicing Team members.
* Showing versatility and excellent time management.
* Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring team members.
* Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems, as needed.
* Researches, analyzes, and provides solutions that meet the customer's needs.
* Testing as needed in the UAT environment with EF applications and customer online portal
* Lead through process improvements and transformation
* Engage with team members and handle customer escalations.
* Work additional projects as assigned.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate within team as well as with other areas of the organization.
* Strong ability to escalate concerns timely and effectively.
* Desire to develop a strong team to meet organization objectives.
* Proactively identify new and better ways of working.
* Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills.
Basic Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Typically, five or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
* In-depth knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of banking products and services
* Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle difficult customer calls
* Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
* Good time management skills
* Strong communication skills.
* Desire to lead a team of individual with a common goal
Schedule is M-F 8am- 5pm
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week in the Marshall hub and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
