• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Long Term Care experience.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Minnesota license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: AMN Program - Avera Health and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Avera Health.
