Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant 2500 Bonus

Position Overview

Pro Rehab, an established rehab company with over 35 years of successful business, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care in Fulda, MN. The rural environment provides a calmer atmosphere and less stress, giving you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

Full‑time, benefits‑eligible position. Hourly wage ranges from $26 to $32, depending on experience. Bonus up to $2,500 paid out over 18 months. Tuition reimbursement available. No productivity requirements. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold an Associate’s degree.
  • Current, valid MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license.
  • Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations related to long‑term care.
  • Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to provide patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings.
