Overnight Part Time Direct Care Staff-Marshall

Overview

Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and Christian mentorship and faith development. Our Marshall, MN location serves girls ages 12-17 and houses up to six teens at a time.

Hope Harbor is a Christian nonprofit ministry operating a group home for teen girls.

• Awake overnight shifts available on weekends:
  Friday 11:30pm-8:30am;
  Saturday 11:30pm-8:30am;
  Sunday 11:30pm-8:30am;
  Monday 11:30pm-8:30am. An occasional daytime shift may be available; however the primary hours of this position will be awake overnight.

Part time is under 32 hours per week (up to three shifts per week; at least one shift per month required).
