Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Marshall, MN.
The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on improving mobility, restoring function, and helping patients return to daily activities and work safely.

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional mobility assessments
- Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
- Implement manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
Primarily outpatient rehabilitation services
Potential flexibility in patient populations depending on therapist preference

Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist License (or eligibility for Minnesota licensure)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Strong manual therapy and functional mobility training experience
- Flexible scheduling available Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Approximately 4 weeks required for onboarding and credentialing
