No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, resources, and guidance to help the right candidate learn the industry, obtain their insurance license, and grow professionally within the organization.

• Build relationships with customers and help them identify insurance solutions that meet their needs
• Learn and explain insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and service needs
• Develop sales, communication, and relationship‑building skills through hands‑on training
• Follow up with leads and current customers to provide a high level of service
• Learn industry processes, systems, and best practices from experienced insurance professionals
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are preferred but not required. Licensing support is available for the right candidate.
