Location: Marshall, MN, north of SMSU, in the industrial park.

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitoring related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Executes task(s), as ordered or explained.
• Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

• No education or experience required, but highly beneficial
• Great hand dexterity
• Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually)
• Ability to use a microscope for 9 hours daily
• Ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers and supervisors

Resume is required in order to be considered for this position.

Pay: $17/hr + 12% differential

Hours: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm-9:30pm
