Responsibilities

As an Equipment Specialist at Viking Coca Cola, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of cold drink equipment. You will meticulously follow the defined Equipment Set‑up operating procedures, accurately process records to track the location of all equipment, and verify the correctness of all completed EMOs, ensuring timely distribution to the asset coordinator by the next working morning.

You will conduct thorough checks of returned equipment, confirming that asset and serial numbers align before organizing them for efficient storage. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area is paramount, and you will take pride in daily upkeep. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring parts availability in the setup area, contributing to operational efficiency. Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills—both written and oral—are essential as you will be collaborating closely with team members and coordinating with the asset coordinator.
  • Basic literacy and math skills are crucial for accurate record processing and tracking equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer boards, alongside electrical and mechanical aptitude, will empower you to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Proficiency in using basic power tools is necessary for equipment handling.
  • Certification and capability to operate a forklift, with training provided by the company.
  • Valid Class D driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check.
