Night Operator

Location:

Marshall, MN, north of SMSU in the industrial park.

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand‑stock.
• Processing components or semi‑products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine‑related setup and/or CNC / SPS‑programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Executes task(s), as ordered or explained.
• Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

• No education or experience required, but highly beneficial.
• Great hand dexterity.
• Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually).
• Ability to use a microscope for 9 hours daily.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with co‑workers and supervisors.

Pay: $17/hr + 12% differential.

Hours:

Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
