Day shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30am–3:30pm

Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Bagging Automation Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Marshall, MN. In this role, you’ll help package finished products efficiently using high-speed automated equipment while supporting a safe and organized production environment. • Configure and set up bagging and packaging equipment
• Load materials and operate high-speed automated machinery
• Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality
• Troubleshoot issues and respond quickly to production problems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform basic machine checks and follow safety protocols

• Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow written production instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required – entry-level candidates welcome
• Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
