Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - (Full-time)

Medcor is looking for a fully licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work full‑time in our employer‑based clinic at Archer Daniel Midland (ADM) in Marshall, Minnesota. The role is in a manufacturing/processing plant focusing on occupational health, urgent/episodic care, and primary care. The schedule is a four‑10s:
Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM.

The provider works independently as the sole clinician, offering occupational health and surveillance, urgent care, and primary care to employees and eligible dependents.

• Provide superior clinical care and customer service to the client’s employees and dependents.
• Treat injuries and illnesses following Evidence‑Based Medicine standards.
• Document and manage information using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with client HR and benefits professionals on clinical issues.
• Support client wellness and preventative programs.
• Educate patients on medical conditions, treatment options, and healthy behaviors.

• Valid, unrestricted Minnesota licensure.
• Current DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software.
• Positive, outgoing personality and collaborative team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service.
• Comfortable in an on‑site clinic environment.

• Experience in primary care.
• Experience with pediatrics.
• Experience in occupational health.
• Previous work‑site clinic experience.
