Avera Health is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services team in the Upper Midwest. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for diverse surgical and procedural patients, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative recovery. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical teams in a compassionate, patient-centered environment that values stewardship, respect, and professional growth within our regional health system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
• Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthetic levels to ensure safety and comfort
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation, pain management, and patient/family education
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and follow Avera Health safety and quality standards
