This role is key to building a proactive safety culture—partnering with Operations, HR, and leadership to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement.

- Lead company wide safety programs and OSHA/state compliance
- Drive training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze incidents and trends to improve performance
- Partner cross-functionally to support safe, efficient operations
- Travel to support teams and reinforce safety practices
$90K–$115K + bonus | Full benefits + 401(k) match
