Service Advisor

The Service Advisor assists the store managers in overseeing the performance and operations of the stores in a specific region. Essential job functions include:

• Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the performance and operations of all aspects of the store including both the retail and commercial businesses.
• Leading a team of talented service and sales professionals in a fast-paced environment and cultivating a We Can Do That culture.
• Driving store sales by achieving overall business performance objectives, including sales and productivity goals.
• Maintaining the existing customer base by providing the highest level of customer services.
• Providing helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to all customers with a We Can Do That attitude.
• Ensuring the team maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensuring the retail store is clean and professional in appearance to customers.
• Communicating clearly to serve as the liaison between technicians and customers.
• Managing service center work flow.
• Monitoring and inspecting production procedures and equipment to ensure the highest level of quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
