As a Sales Representative – Marshall, you’ll be the driving force behind strong store relationships and standout execution across your territory—turning everyday visits into real sales momentum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make scheduled sales calls, build rapport, and follow up on leads.
  • Enter orders and manage inventory using handheld ordering tools.
  • Merchandise to standards; support displays and deliveries when needed.
  • Run promotions, provide point‑of‑sale materials, and hit volume/gross profit goals.
  • Confirm daily pricing, collect receivables, rotate product properly, and resolve issues fast.
  • Communicate tightly with drivers/merchandisers, attend weekly in‑person sales meetings, and follow all safety rules.

  • Exceptional verbal and strong written communication.
  • Organized time management and basic trade math.
  • Sales negotiation, customer presentation, and relationship building.
  • Comfort with inventory systems, merchandising, and display setup.
On the Street, On the Move

Your day starts with a physical check‑in at the Sales Center or your first customer by 6:30 am, setting the pace for a high‑energy route. You’ll be out in the market, moving from stop to stop, keeping things sharp, responsive, and customer‑focused as the day unfolds. You’ll wrap with a physical presence at the Sales Center or your last customer location no earlier than 4:30 pm.

If a schedule variance is needed, it’s handled through a written exception filed with HR and approved by both an executive and the head of HR—while still meeting required daily work time. Expect a steady rhythm, lots of face time, and a finish that feels earned.
