We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Appointment Coordinator (BDC Representative) to join our growing automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, generating appointments for the sales department, and helping create an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact.
This position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to earn an excellent income while helping customers with their vehicle needs.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and email inquiries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow dealership processes for lead management and customer follow‑up.
- Conduct 80+ outbound follow‑up calls to prospective customers.
- Re‑engage previous customers and unsold prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments arrive and receive a professional experience.
- Meet and exceed appointment‑setting and show‑rate goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
- Previous customer service, call center, sales, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
