A&B Business Solutions provides technical support for printer and copier customers. The role of the Field Service Technician will support our printer and copier customer base.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding customer experience through great communication and support.
• Perform field repairs and maintenance on various office equipment to manufacturers specifications
• Manage your day completing service calls to meeting customer expectations and company processes
• Maintain accurate repair records for time, part, and company assets
• Performs other duties as directed by Service Management
• Ability to make decisions, use the tools available and the resources of others to accomplish objectives
• Able to work comfortably with a variety of customers and associates
• Flexible attitude and versatility in learning
• High level of comfort using computers, tablets, phones, or other handheld devices

Qualification and

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices a plus
• Vocational Technical education is helpful a plus
• Natural mechanical or electronic ability
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour with no prior experience. Higher with relevant technician experience.

Additionally, the position comes with a company car, gas card, laptop, and cell phone. Travel time is paid as full, normal, hours. There are both quarterly and monthly bonus opportunities as well.
