Job Title:
Mechanic | DIRECT PLACEMENT
We are seeking entry-level mechanics eager to grow into seasoned diesel mechanics. We offer opportunities for training and development for those with the right attitude, focusing on building up our off-shifts.
Responsibilities- Perform diesel engine repair and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair work on heavy equipment.
- Handle brake and engine repairs.
- Perform diagnostic testing and diagnostics.
- Assist with hydraulic systems and fabrication tasks.
- Experience with diesel engines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, brakes, and heavy equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pending mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with Peterbilt and other heavy equipment.
- Skills in diagnostic testing, lube tech, grease, and tire maintenance.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Marshall, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49,920.00 - $93,600.00 per year.
