Direct Support Professional/ Direct Care, Caregiver
Position Overview
Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with particular emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and Christian mentorship and faith development. Our Marshall, MN location serves girls ages 12‑17 and houses up to six teens at a time.
Shift options include: 2:30 pm‑11:30 pm M‑F; 11:30 pm‑8:30 am (awake overnights) on weekdays; 8 am‑4 pm or 4 pm‑12 pm weekends; and 12 am‑8 am (awake overnights) weekends. Part‑time staffing is under 32 hours per week (up to three shifts a week, with at least one shift per month). Full‑time staffing may also be available (four shifts a week, at least 32 hours per week). We do NOT offer weekday morning (“8 am‑5 pm M‑F”) hours.
Hope Harbor is a Christian nonprofit ministry operating a group home for teen girls.
