Class A Bulk Tanker Driver – Marshall, MN

Sign on bonus: $10,000. Average pay: $103k. Pay range: $90k–$108k per year.

We are looking for local Class A Drivers in Marshall, MN. The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver will deliver products to Linde customer sites via tractor trailer tankers. As a critical member of Linde’s logistics operation, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting CO2 while ensuring compliance with all safety standards, laws, and regulations.

• Conduct and report pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Trailer coupling and uncoupling (drop and hook) when needed
• Connect and disconnect transfer hoses, ensuring secure couplings and proper handling of cryogenic tanks, hoses, and fittings
• Monitor pressure levels and temperature readings during delivery to ensure safe unloading
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during loading, unloading, and handling of cryogenic gases
• Ensure hazardous material shipping orders/papers are in accordance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation, logbooks, and records in compliance with DOT and company policies
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• Maintain a professional partnership with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs
• Continuously build knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help the organization continue growing
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 3 years tractor trailer experience
• HS diploma or GED
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement preferred
