Night Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday; 4:00pm - 12:30am; with overtime as needed

The Night Warehouse Coordinator position will perform the following duties:

• Responsible for operating forklift in warehouse observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.
• Schedules and confirms all shipping for site.
• Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry.
• Answers questions and solves issues based on extensive warehouse and company specific knowledge.
• May assist with training.
• Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co‑workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading of trailers.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.

$22 - $24 depending on experience
