We are looking for a self‑driven Accountant who is deadline oriented and has attention to detail to join our Accounting Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

• Full‑time: 40 hours per week
• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm – Monday through Friday

• General Ledger duties, including posting monthly journal entries and accruals, completing banking tasks, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Payroll duties, including inputting and reviewing timecard data, knowledge of earnings and deductions, and maintaining and updating payroll checks and documentation.
• Accounts Payable duties, including posting invoices, paying vendors and reconciling vendor statements.
• Preparing financial statements and reports and ensuring accuracy of account balances.
• Assisting in the completion of Governmental and State reports, tax returns and audits.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field – focus on Payroll.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP).
• Excel proficiency.
