Missouri Valley College (MVC) invites applications for Director of Graduate Admissions. This dynamic and strategic leader will drive graduate enrollment growth through innovative recruitment strategies, strong external partnerships, and data-informed enrollment planning.

The Director will oversee graduate admissions operations, cultivate employer partnerships, and lead initiatives that expand access to high-demand graduate programs. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who understands adult learners, online and hybrid delivery models, and workforce-aligned graduate education.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

* Minimum 3 years experience in admissions, enrollment management, or partnership development.

* Demonstrated success in student recruitment.

* Experience developing employer or community partnerships.

* Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
