Position: Certified Early Childhood Education (ECE) School Speech Language Pathologist - Marshall, Missouri
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing Speech-Language services to early childhood students in a supportive school environment. This role serves a caseload of approximately 32 students, working closely with a dedicated team, including an on-site SLPA to assist in delivering high-quality care. The schedule offers four full days each week, with the possibility of a half-day on Wednesday, and each day spans 6.5 hours, ensuring a balanced workweek and time to focus on meaningful intervention.

Qualifications:

• Hold current licensure as an SLP or SLPA, with state certification as required
• Experience or knowledge in early childhood intervention and development
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a school-based team
• Passion for making an impact in the lives of young learners
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy to early childhood students as determined by IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Document sessions and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Supervise and coordinate with the assisting SLPA to maximize service delivery
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and offer professional insight
