3rd Shift Freezer Forklift Operator

Position Summary

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Hourly rate $20.57 + $0.75 shift differential, plus a $2.50 attendance bonus per hour.

• Drive a forklift to load, unload, and warehouse products
• Inspect and verify proper counts of incoming and outgoing products
• Maintain a clean and organized workflow that meets good manufacturing practices and quality standards
• Work efficiently in a cold environment (freezer conditions)

• High school diploma, GED, or at least one year of manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift and hand jack or hand truck
• Capacity to work up to 7.5 hour shifts and push/pull fork controls as required
• Post‑offer background check and drug screening required
• Availability for multiple shifts and overtime, as needed
