2nd Shift Entry Level Mechanic

Position Overview

Shift: various start times-various end times.

Hourly rate: $23.17 per hour + $0.75 shift differential.

Attendance bonus: $3.50 per hour.

Location:

Marshall, Missouri.

Anticipated close date:
July 31, 2026.

• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor on site at the Marshall, MO facility.
• Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, and test parts and components on plant and production equipment.
• Keep mechanical equipment in good condition and working order.
• Inspect machines and equipment to locate problems, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments to ensure production operation.
• Use manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, and parts diagrams to troubleshoot plant and production equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, and test parts and equipment on plant equipment.
• Perform electrical and pneumatic work on production machines.
• Welding, electrical and fabrication experience required.
• May work seven days a week and extended shift schedules.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years progressive mechanic experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Vocational technical training in machine maintenance.
• Capacity to carry and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Read and write English for completion of production and quality documents.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.
• Familiarity with and ability to use basic shop equipment, electric arc welder, plasma cutter, torch, and basic hand tools.
• Electrical experience.
