As a non‑profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well‑being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self‑driven, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Med/Surg unit. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

• Fulltime (72 hours every 2 weeks)
• 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (Days)

• Valid Missouri LPN license
• Current BLS (preferred)
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

• All rooms are private
• No limit on visiting hours as long as the patient's condition allows
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) available if required
• Comfort care (hospice, palliative care) available, with comfort cart and grief resources provided if needed
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy teams provide services in rooms as needed
• Swing Bed services available
• Trained Rapid Response team available to provide care if it becomes medically necessary
• Care for children over the age of one week old in the Med‑Surg/Pediatrics unit
• Special "kid‑friendly" menu for pediatric patients
• Pediatric procedure room with a "kid‑friendly" atmosphere
• Accommodations for parent(s) with children in our unit
