Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including day/night, weekend, holiday, and possible overtime coverage

ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a temporary medical staffing opportunity supporting direct care services in a home setting in Slater, Missouri. The selected LPNs will provide care and support for individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities and specialized nursing support. Candidates must be comfortable working in a home-based care environment and providing care alongside agency staff.

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Candidates may be scheduled for 3 twelve-hour shifts one week and 4 twelve-hour shifts the following week.

Working 3 days in a row (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday) :
That would be three 12-hour night shifts = 36 hours per week.

But on the week with Wednesday included, it becomes the following:
Sunday + Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday = 4 shifts × 12 hours = 48 hours

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, shaving, bed making, and related care tasks
• Check and record vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake/output as assigned
• Monitor and report client condition changes
• Provide trach care, including inner cannula changes, strap changes, suctioning, and humidification/HME support
• Assist with G-tube and suprapubic catheter care
• Perform blood sugar checks and assist with insulin administration as needed
• Pass medications as assigned and permitted within scope of practice
• Work collaboratively with on-site agency staff
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Current CPR certification, Red Cross preferred
• Prior direct care, home care, long-term care, or medically complex care experience preferred
• Experience with trach care, suctioning, G-tube care, catheter care, nebulizer treatments, and medication administration

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to complete required background checks, safety registration, and fingerprinting before placement
