Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. It involves building product knowledge, demonstrating solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge proficiency, and effective use of digital resources.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
- Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
- Other duties and projects assigned by business management as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
- Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers and have fun doing it (Required).
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required).
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while providing resolution to issues (Required).
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required).
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
No travel required.

Pay InformationHourly base pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, promotion to Mobile Expert with an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year.
