The Route Sales Support (RSS) Driver builds solid, positive working relationships with customers and is highly motivated to exceed their expectations and requirements. Vestis operates in a very competitive environment and a successful Route Sales Support Driver must be able to balance exceptional customer service with meeting and exceeding individual sales growth goals. • Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product
• Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed
• Meet sales goals and promotes overall route growth to enhance profitability
• Develop leads/prospects, calls on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements,
