Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to questions or concerns professionally.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
