Job Purpose:
The Electrical Assembly Technician will work in the Assembly Department installing and troubleshooting electrical components of precision drilling machines. Areas of competency will include electrical wiring, component installation, circuit troubleshooting.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Technical Degree or combined experience and/or training in relative field.
- Applied mathematical skills and mechanical aptitude a plus!
- Knowledge and experience with assembly and maintenance of electrical systems and components preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with basic measuring equipment including but not limited to a multi-meter and tachometer.
- Ability to work as a team, collaborating with peers and members of management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- The work environment is usually an indoor setting with some exposure to outside elements. The noise level in the work environment is tolerable. This position requires infrequent travel, which may involve exposure to extreme weather elements.
