Conagra Brands is seeking a 3rd Shift Boiler Refrigeration Mechanic to support safe, reliable operations in our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and industrial/ammonia refrigeration systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors, condensers, pumps, and related utilities. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize downtime while following strict safety, PSM, and regulatory standards.
Working in a collaborative, performance-driven culture, you'll help drive continuous improvement and ensure consistent product quality for our iconic brands.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and ammonia/industrial refrigeration systems during 3rd shift
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, compressors, condensers, pumps, and related utilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation in accordance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Follow OSHA, PSM, and company safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE standards
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and support continuous improvement
- Participate in inspections, testing, and emergency response related to boiler and refrigeration systems
