Climate Express Drivers make America great one mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles. The freight we carry mainly travels the middle corridor of the United States. Drivers conduct 1‑pick/1‑drop or drop‑and‑hook operations and do not handle slaughterhouses or fresh meat.
Equipment2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks with ergonomic seats. Features include 68-foot cruise and pedal, 70 L / 96 W sleepers, larger‑than‑average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.
Passenger and Pet PolicySafety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced and will dispatch you safely and legally. Your truck will receive regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7.
CommunicationDrivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members, often by name. The operations department is available 24/7.
PayPay is based on work record and experience and is determined after full processing. We pay for loaded and empty miles, offering up to 5–7% more per year than companies paying for short miles. We provide annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
