ASAP Climate Express Drivers make America Great one Mile at a time. The position involves driving a 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks that are among the safest on the road. These trucks feature ergonomic seats, optimized steering positions, 70 L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mounts, and satellite radios.

Safety is everyone's responsibility. Our experienced Operations team, all of whom have extensive driving experience, will dispatch you safely and legally. Your truck will receive regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members and work closely with dispatchers. The Operations department is available 24/7. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name and are treated as part of the team.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after completion of processing. Drivers are paid on practical miles and can earn 5%–7% more miles per year than companies that pay for short miles. Top performers earned over 100k last year. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are also offered.

Our drivers understand the need for balance between work and home. While away, they earn money to support their families, and the Operations department works to get them home on time.

Loads:
Dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). Pick/Drop or drop‑and‑hook operation. 100% no‑touch freight.
