- Have experience leading commercial construction projects
- Have proven experience as a commercial construction superintendent
- Know how to lead people, manage resources, and control timelines
- Communicate clearly and confidently across all project stakeholders
- Are proactive, solution-focused, and highly accountable
- Are willing to travel for the job
