Monday: 7a-3p, 2p-10p, 9p-7a Tuesday-Friday & Sunday: 7a-2:30p, 2p-9:30p, 9p-7a Saturday: 7a-2p, 2p-9p, 9p-7a Locums may work 12-hour shifts when operationally needed APP

Note:

Marshall and Kilgore are part of the same hospital system. Candidates must be willing to work at both locations. Credentialing:
On-site hospital orientation required Epic test-out available for Epic-proficient providers;
Epic training required if proficiency cannot be demonstrated Completion of Genesis modules required Fit test required OB Hypertension and Postpartum Hemorrhage training required via Up To Date  Hepatitis B series or titer MMR series or titer Tdap within last 10 years Varicella series or titer TB testing within last year Flu vaccine required during flu season

Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible:
Accepts ABEM, AOBEM, and ABFM ABFM physicians must have at least 2 years of ED experience at facilities with annual volumes of 10,000+ Alternative boards not accepted EM or FM residency trained required

Certifications:
