** Senior Process Engineer
** to lead and drive manufacturing process improvements across our operations. This role is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing high-impact projects that improve efficiency, safety, and overall performance.

The SPE acts as both a
** technical leader and project driver**, generating innovative process improvement ideas and ensuring their successful execution. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver results on time and within scope.##
** Key Responsibilities**###
** Project Development
*** Identify and manage project risks
* Define project scope through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
* Develop and implement detailed project plans
* Ensure all designs meet relevant company and industry standards
* Prepare comprehensive Requests for Quote (RFQs) for project bidding
* Coordinate and facilitate required permitting processes###
** Project Execution
*** Lead and manage project execution from start to finish
* Coordinate both internal teams and external contractors
* Develop project procedures, specifications, and documentation
* Oversee EHS performance and ensure achievement of all safety targets
* Promote and embed a strong safety culture across teams and contractors
* Track progress and ensure projects are executed effectively
* Provide regular project status updates and reports
* Develop and manage punch lists for project closeout###
** Commissioning & Handover
*** Ensure completion of punch list items
* Coordinate final project delivery with all stakeholders##
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in industrial project management
* Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants
* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget**----------------------------------------
