HealthCARE Express is looking for a Front Desk Team Member / Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) to join our team.

Our D.O.F.I. team is often the first and last interaction a patient has with us, so this role is an important part of both the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of the clinic. We're looking for someone who can make patients feel welcome while staying organized and keeping things moving in a busy urgent care environment.

What You'll Be Doing As a D.O.F.I., you'll help keep the front office running smoothly from the moment patients walk through the door. You'll greet and check in patients, verify demographic and insurance information, answer incoming calls, collect payments, provide receipts, and scan documents into patient charts.

You'll also help answer patient questions, maintain accurate information in our system, protect patient confidentiality, and work closely with the clinical team to keep patient flow moving throughout the day.

Because urgent care can be unpredictable, we're looking for someone who's flexible, willing to jump in where needed, and open to learning new things as our clinics continue to grow.

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Confident using computers and learning new systemsA strong communicator with good customer service skills

Professional and respectful with confidential information

Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed

Previous medical office or healthcare experience and a basic understanding of HIPAA are helpful, but they're not everything. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to take great care of our patients matter just as much.

Schedule & Pay Pay: $15.00+/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

12-hour shifts, typically 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Saturdays:
Rotating Saturdays, typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Hours:

30+ hours per week; schedule may vary based on clinic needs
